I would like to inform you that, as of 2 November 2026, the BCT Pass Office will begin extending the validity of permanent passes authorising access to the restricted area of BCT for 2027.
Persons applying for a pass validity extension are requested to complete the "Application for the Extension of the Validity of Permanent Passes", signed by the relevant department manager/entity representative, and submit it in person to the BCT Pass Office (ground floor of Building A1, Room 05).
The process of extending the validity of permanent passes for 2027 will end on 31 December 2026. After this date, any pass that has not been renewed will become invalid.
