E- INVOICE!
E-invoice is a secure electronic signature that guarantees the authenticity of the equivalent paper invoice.
BCT offers contractors the possibility of settlement of its services under the e-mail invoice. According to the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 17 December 2010 e-invoice has the same legal value as a paper document!
Customer can choose two types of documents sent in electronic form:
1. E-invoice in .pdf form without verifiable electronic signature - in this case client is obliged to print out and keep the invoice in its archives and make available printed versions on request of the control bodies,
2. E-invoice with verifiable electronic signature - also in the .pdf form but containing all the data to allow verification of issuing body, such an invoice can be stored only in digital form
